Membership Discount:

Our active Friends of Elizabeth II members receive a 20% discount. All memberships will be verified before your purchase ships. Member discounts do not apply to books.

Sales Tax:

Orders shipped to an address within North Carolina will be charged a 6.75% sales tax on all purchases, including shipping and handling.

Shipping & Handling:

Orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Item prices do not include shipping and handling rates or sales tax for orders received at a North Carolina address.

Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Orders shipping to more than one address will incur a separate shipping and handling charge for each destination. Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping and may require additional shipping and handling charges. If this is the case, we will provide a quote for the shipping rate on oversized items, and it will be charged separately. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $12 above the standard shipping rates (see below). Unfortunately these states do not qualify for free shipping.

Express Delivery:

Expedited delivery options require a street address in all 50 states and the recipient’s phone number. Additional charges will apply. Please call 252-475-1506 (Ext. 240) to discuss your options and pricing.

International Orders:

We always welcome international orders. Delivery times vary country to county, but most orders arrive within 10-14 business days. We declare the actual value of the merchandise included in all orders and the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, tariffs, or value added taxes, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Books, DVDs, earrings and sale merchandise are non-returnable, unless defective. A refund or exchange will be issued for items returned, excluding shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt/invoice.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the store within five (5) business days for further instructions on how to exchange or receive credit for the item(s).

Privacy Policy:

We only collect email addresses or other personal identification information when you place an order or send us an email, and we do not make our customer information available to any other companies. We may occasionally contact our online customers when we have limited time offers, special values, updates on discontinued items, or when we have a new item to feature.
